Yogurt Dip February 1, 2011

This is yet another easy and healthy side dish that could be used at breakfast or for desert!

– non-fat, plain, organic yogurt
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– honey to taste
– fruit

1. Wash fruit

2. Dish out some yogurt

3. Stir in lemon juice – A couple of our church friends have lemon trees and they brought free lemons to church! So I had fresh lemon juice on hand.

4. Stir in honey to taste

5.  Add fruit and enjoy!

(Also makes a very delicious breakfast with some granola added)
