Have y’all ever heard of a LÄRABAR? I hadn’t until the other day. I was intrigued by how few ingredients the bars possessed and how delicious they were! I thought I could surely replicate them… so I did!

Cranberry almond Bar (#1)  &
Chocolate coconut bar (#2)

Ingredients:
Bar 1
– 1/2 cup dates
– 1/2 cup craisins
– 1/4 cup chopped almonds, unsalted raw, or unsalted roasted

Bar 2
– 1/2 cup dates
– 1/4 cup coconut
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Cranberry almond Bar #1
1. 
Chop up almonds in food processor. Remove from processor and spread out onto wax paper.

2. Throw dates in a food processor and mix until a paste forms.

3. Next process craisins with date paste.

4. Remove paste and form into little bite-sized balls. Roll balls onto crushed almonds

Directions:
Chocolate coconut Bar #2

1. Throw dates in a food processor and mix until a paste forms.

2. Next process chocolate chips with date paste.

3. Process coconut shavings with paste

4. remove paste and form bite-sized balls.

Enjoy a delicious, healthy treat without the expense!
