The answer to yesterday’s question is YES! Because the morning started out at this restaurant

(Unfortunately, my hair is frizzy even in Seattle :()
Katie had a groupon to this adorable breakfast/lunch restaurant called Julia’s.

I ordered the B.E.S.T sandwich which was two over medium eggs, tomato, bacon, and spinach on whole wheat toast with a side of fresh fruit.

While Katie ordered the Hobo Breakfast which consisted of three scrambled eggs with grilled potatoes, bacon, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes with a side of biscuits.

We licked our plates clean!

It was a good thing we did because for our next adventure we climbed up Mount. Si  which towers approx 3500 ft above Seattle. We climbed 4 miles and rose 3,000ft in 2 hours! Once we summited it was *snowing*!

There was no view, but it was a beautiful and peaceful hike and worth every step!

We finished tired, muddy, and wet but very happy 🙂

My muddy pant leg!

Back at the apartment we replenished with a homemade pizza pie! Katie and Greg get the BEST homemade pizza award!

The bread was chewy, the sauce had a great blend of spices that accented the Roma tomatoes, and the healthy toppings which included broccoli and artichoke hearts, finished it off. Perfect end to the day!
