Christmas Tidings!

The Christmas season is one of my favorite times of the year (along with many other people I’m sure). Full of parties, friends, food, and family. Today we visited with some friends at Panera for lunch in between rushing around to get last-minute presents and food items.

These are good friends of my family! It was wonderful to be able to care a little bit of time to share lunch.

mmmm, I’m such a sucker for Panera.

 This Christmas, I was in charge of desert and I had planned to make my delicious Tirimisu. However, I had an EPIC fail. When I say to whip the heavy whipping cream into STIFF peaks, I mean REALLY STIFF peaks. Sheesh, I can’t even follow my own recipe!

Turned out a little soupy. . . doh!

My sister and Isaac just arrived! Yay for Family! To all a good night 🙂
